Welcome to my blog, where I will be discussing various underrated musical artists and albums that you should be listening to.

What is the purpose of Music’s Hidden Gems? 

I am writing this blog for those who are fellow music lovers like me and also for those who don't have the time to find new music that they love. I'm here to help you with that problem. I devote alot of my time listening to music, whether it be when I am working out, in my car, laying in bed, or just chilling. Because of my music obsession, I tend to listen to alot of more unpopular or underrated music (that is, when I am not listening to the same 15 songs on repeat) and I want to share my findings with all of you.  I want everyone who reads this blog to expand their music taste by branching out to different genres, artists, and albums, and to quit listening to the same old songs every day. This is an oppurtunity for me to guide you to branching out your music taste while also giving credit to artists who deserve it.

Who am I?

I am a college student in West Virginia majoring in Media Studies. I have also loved music ever since I've been a kid and I always can be found with my headphones in listening to whatever music I'm currently obsessed with. I love finding new music and devote alot of my time trying to write my own songs as well. In my free time I enjoy listening to music (obviously), reading and writing (songs and such), learning new things, and creating art. I hope to one day work in the television industry and continue to find new amazing music.
